Zymr built and implemented a responsive Web UI, and the corresponding frontend and backend services to facilitate Charity-as-a-Service. Our team came up with the right scale-out architecture for this multi-tenant platform which could enable millions of transactions on the Web/Mobile UI tier, and service these transactions using an e-commerce engine. We chose open source components and built a hybrid architecture that transacted seamlessly between tiers and servers, even in the case of high-traffic user scenarios. The UI for this was developed using responsive HTML5 JavaScript architecture. We successfully managed to deliver exceptional UX design services. Our team deployed web UI JavaScript on Node.js by leveraging OpenID and oAuth2 for user-security and developed a Jenkins and Maven-based CI process. Github was used for the software repository, and we provided end-to-end testing to ensure data integrity between various system components and systems.
The client wanted to build a cloud service that creates a marketplace for charity, which enables the retailers to divert parts of their CSR dollars to charity and consumers to donate to campaigns of their choice.
CharityZero developed a robust, responsive, and scalable FinTech platform to facilitate social-giving while online shopping, matching merchants, consumers, and social agencies for a win-win-win proposition. The CharityZero wanted to build a cloud service that creates a marketplace for charity, which enables the retailers to divert parts of their CSR dollars to charity and consumers to donate to campaigns of their choice. As the platform required click-through dollars given to retailers to be converted to pledges or causes, the ability for corporations to track the effectiveness of their CSR pledges, full transparency of costs in these charitable transactions was critical for legal and compliance purposes. The company wanted its consumers to be able to engage socially with charities, and rate the campaigns, donors, and businesses participating in this social commerce. This startup thrived to achieve single sign-on using OpenID/oAuth2 security, quick integration with retailer’s portals and CaaS using JavaScript, optional REST APIs for tighter integration, and social sharing using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. Zymr was chosen to work on this project for our expertise in building secure SaaS platforms that facilitate user engagement.
